About the Work Days Calculator
Delivery windows, SLA deadlines, notice periods and invoice terms are usually written in business days, not calendar days. This calculator counts them properly: it skips the weekend days you choose — Saturday and Sunday by default, or Friday and Saturday for Gulf working weeks — and any public holidays you paste in.

Frequently asked questions
Are the start and end dates included?
Yes, both are counted if they are working days. Shift the start by one day if your contract counts from the day after.
How many working days are in a year?
About 260 with a two-day weekend, before public holidays. Most countries land between 245 and 255 once holidays are deducted.
What if a holiday falls on a Saturday?
It is already excluded as a weekend day and is not deducted twice. If your employer moves it to the Monday, list that Monday instead.
